For processing international immigration applications, the new Canadian Express Entry system has been introduced in the favour of all federal economic programs. However, all these programs reflect a great competitive edge. Our Canada Immigration Consultants believe that highest-ranking immigration candidates have a greater chance to get approval for Canadian permanent residents.
For securing a ranking during the immigration process, the Canadian Government has introduced a merit-based points system. However, this exclusive system appoints a score to each prospect in the Express Entry pool. This is known as the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) and assigned points to each aspirant in terms of CRS score. In addition, express Entry composes three programs:
- Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
- Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
After submitting an application for Express Entry pool, each candidate will get a CRS score out of 1200 points. However, in the gap of two weeks, the government of Canada organizes an Express Entry draw. In this system, a round of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) will get release for PR. Only highest-ranking candidates are eligible for this. Your profile information and other essential data as well as your ITA number are safe with IRCC. Our Canada Immigration Consultants believes the minimum score should be between 300-600 points.
Express Entry Visa Canada
This entry profile must demonstrate your:
- Their valid date of birth
- Language proficiency
- Academic levels
- Vocational Exposure
- Additional Essential factors
The points will be added to every aspirant in accordance with these factors. This dynamic scoring method of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) actually decides the Canadian immigration points of all migrants.
In the Express Entry draws, you will get a cutoff score. However, candidates with high immigration points will nominate for the invitation for applying Canadian Immigration. Contact with our Canada Immigration Consultants to understand the CRS more accurately.
Federal Skilled Worker: A different points system
The Federal Skilled Worker program includes another points system along with traditional CRS score. If you are opting for FSW, your express entry profile should meet all the minimum standards of eligibility criteria. The FSW points are calculated along with CRS scores. The maximum figure of FSW score is 100 while in the case of CRS, it is 1200.
To successfully submit an Express Entry profile, all FSW nominees must achieve at least 67 scores out of 100 points. Like CRS scores, FSW score is according to the candidates’ age, language fluency, professional experience and connection to Canada. Still, if you are having confusion in understanding these factors, contact our Canada Immigration Consultants.
If you manage to get the score of 67/100, it opens up the door for the Express Entry pool. When a candidate gets this minimum score of FSW, He/she can calculate their CRS score as well. On the other hand, there are- FST and CEC. However, our immigration agents suggest candidates to not use these point systems to measure out their eligibility.
