Canada will continue to accelerate up to 6,000 spousal sponsorship application every month until the end of 2020. Now, you can apply for Canada Family Visa to invite your partner to Canada.
IRCC made this major announcement during last-September. We are giving you details below to know how it aims to bring your loved one together as quickly as it can during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before the pandemic, Canada set a target to welcome around 70,000 new immigrants every year under its partner, spousal, and children family class immigration category.
However, Canada has recently announced its new 2021-2023 Immigration Levels Plan. According to this plan the newcomer levels will rise significantly. As a result, Canada is now aiming to welcome around 80,000 immigrants every year through Canada Family Visa.
However, most of these immigrants will come under spousal sponsorship.
